Short Term Passivation

After Surface Preparation, it is important to have oxidation protection on the cleaned surface. And here we have excellent surface protection products coupled with VCI technology to ensure optimal user experience.

  • Ox-Pro S33 – Anti Rust Liquid (water based)
  • Ox-Pro 160 – Solvent based
  • Ox-Pro VCI Film – Plastic film with VCI

These are removable coating and offer a temporary means. Sometimes, no removal is necessary. Sometimes removal is as easy as using a Alkaline cleaner such as Ox-Pro 414 or water.
 

Long Term Passivation

For longer term oxidation protection, there are more factors to deal with. There are environmental conditions, material compatibility, coating and application issues, hidden and inaccessible areas, time of protections etc. In Idealfluids, we look at simple and easy-to-use products.
